RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Your purchase may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date if unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with the original tags to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at any of our retail locations. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to work with you to expedite your return. We will respond to all return requests within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Once your package reaches us, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed.
Once your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Credit Card companies vary in the time they take to restore the credit back to your account and the transaction could take up to 10 business days to be settled from the day of our refund confirmation e-mail.
