SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
We deliver to the contiguous United States, and offer different shipping options to meet your needs - as listed below.
• Next Day $35 (standard overnight by 4pm)
• 2nd Day $25
• Ground $15
To ship to Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us at help@tse-us.com, and we will provide you with shipping rates to those states.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER?
• All orders are shipped via FedEx from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Important information
• All orders require a signature upon receipt.
• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been scheduled to ship
• Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

INSURANCE
TSE insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by TSE and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

TAXES
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page to ensure that the most accurate pricing.
If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California, Illinois, New York and Vermont. No other tax will be applied to orders shipped within the USA. TSE is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as Use Tax.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time TSE is only able to ship with the continental US. We hope to expand our delivery range to other countries in the near future. If you wish to be notified of when we will be able to ship internationally, please send us an email at info@tse-us.com containing the word "INTERNATIONAL" in the subject line.
