RETURN POLICY
Our products are thoroughly examined and checked by our Quality Assurance Team before shipping. Your purchase may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date if unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
Items purchased online must be returned by mail only. Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at any of our retail locations. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with the original price tag intact to be eligible for refunds or exchange.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and case number provided by customer service department (store@tse-us.com). TSE will provide shipping labels for returns. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Altered, washed, or worn merchandise is not returnable, with no exceptions. TSE reserves the right to refuse returned goods.
